Operations Manager

We're hiring an Operations Manager for our Surrey office to run day-to-day operations, look after customers, and help our business grow. What matters to us is work ethic, reliability, and how you deal with people. Everything technical, we teach. This is a full-time salaried role with a company that promotes from the inside and gives you real responsibility early. Duties * Handle incoming customer inquiries by phone, email, and text, and follow up until they're resolved * Meet customers in person, walk them through what we offer, and help them make a decision * Coordinate and schedule contractors and service crews, then follow up to confirm work is done properly * Resolve customer complaints and issues quickly and professionally * Keep records, files, and reports accurate and up to date * Track invoices, payments, and outstanding balances, and follow up where needed * Visit sites across the Lower Mainland to check condition and address issues on the spot * Prepare and process paperwork and agreements accurately * Supervise and support junior staff as the team grows * Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety requirements What We're Looking For * Experience managing or supervising a team in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing environment * Comfortable talking to customers and persuading people * Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills under pressure * Highly organized, able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping any * Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision * Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle (required — this role involves travel between sites) * Comfortable with basic computer work: email, spreadsheets, and learning new software * Bilingual or multilingual is an asset (Punjabi, Hindi, Mandarin, Tagalog) What We Offer * Full training — no prior experience in our industry needed * Straight salary, no commission targets and no quota to chase * Monday to Friday, no 5 a.m. opens, no closing shifts, no weekends * Room to grow into a senior role as the company expands * Direct access to the owner — small team, decisions get made fast If you've been running a store or a restaurant and you're ready for a career with regular hours and real upside, apply.
