About Us: We are a newly launched automotive platform in Calgary that connects drivers with local auto service shops for seamless booking. We have already built out profiles for local shops—now, we need an energetic Field Sales Rep to help shop owners activate their accounts and generate leads.What We Offer: * Guaranteed Hourly Pay: $15.00/hour base wage, ensuring reliable pay for your time in the field. * Uncapped Commissions: Earn extra cash for every successful account activation and web package lead you secure. * Local NE Calgary Transportation: No vehicle required! We provide free pick-up and drop-off on designated spots in the area. We will drive you directly to that day's target auto shops location and bring you back when your 4-hour shift is done. * Easy Pitch: You are offering a completely free service for the first year with zero onboarding fees for the shops. Best of all, you are solving a massive headache they already deal with daily—missing customer bookings when their phone lines are busy or when they can't answer the phone. The Role: This is a 100% face-to-face, in-person field sales role. We provide the transportation to local automotive business areas in Calgary. Your job is to walk into auto shops, speak with the owners or managers, show them the profile we have already created for them, and guide them through a quick activation process.What You Will Do: * Visit local auto service shops during your 4-hour shift. * Pitch the platform's free 1st-year benefits to business owners. * Walk owners through a quick setup to sync their calendars for instant driver bookings. * Identify shops interested in our free website and hosting migration package to secure commissionable leads. What We Are Looking For: * Confidence \& High Energy: Comfortable walking into automotive shops and speaking directly with business owners. * Tech-Savvy: Able to demonstrate an app on a smartphone or tablet easily. * Reliability: Must be punctual for daily pick-ups in the NE. * Clear Communication: Strong, professional verbal English skills.
