We're looking for a motivated, outgoing, relationship-focused individual to help expand our local network and generate new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, attending community events, building partnerships, and helping a local business grow. What You'll Do * Build relationships with local realtors, brokerages, and property management companies * Develop referral partnerships with local businesses * Attend networking events and community functions * Promote iHandyMan services through social media and local marketing initiatives * Follow up with prospective customers and referral partners * Gather customer reviews, testimonials, and project photos * Identify new opportunities for growth in Central Alberta * Help strengthen iHandyMan's reputation as the go-to handyman service in the region What We're Looking For * Friendly, professional, and confident meeting new people * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated and able to work independently * Familiar with Red Deer and Central Alberta * Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn * Experience in sales, networking, customer service, real estate, property management, or marketing is an asset * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation * $750 monthly retainer * Commission on new business generated * Bonuses for recurring contracts and key partnership accounts * Flexible schedule (approximately 10–15 hours per week) * Opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly expanding local business Successful candidates can significantly increase their earnings through commissions and performance incentives.
