Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrator to join our team! This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess strong computer skills to handle a variety of clerical tasks efficiently. Your positive attitude and organizational prowess will help create a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff alike. Duties * Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a professional first impression * Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette * Handle data entry tasks with precision, maintaining up-to-date records in various software systems such as QuickBooks and Google Workspace * Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, proofreading documents, and organizing office supplies * Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating meetings or events * Support bookkeeping activities by processing invoices, tracking payments, and managing basic financial records using QuickBooks * Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors Requirements * Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications * Excellent computer skills including data entry, typing, and familiarity with multi-line phone systems * Previous clerical or administrative experience in a professional setting; healthcare or dental office experience is a plus * Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently * Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is advantageous but not required * Ability to proofread documents carefully and maintain high accuracy in all tasks * Experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms is preferred * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment Join us in delivering outstanding support that keeps our operations running smoothly!
