Project Excel Coordinator Reports to: Senior Vice-President Domestic Sport The Position: Alpine Canada Alpine (ACA) is the national governing body for Ski Racing in Canada and home to three of Canada’s most exciting snow sports: Alpine, Para-Alpine and Ski Cross Racing. The organization has a strong Board and senior leadership who are committed to a vision for Canada to be a World Class ski racing nation inspired by the passion and performance of Canada’s ski teams. Our mission is to increase Canadian Ski Racing podium performances AND inspire growth in participation and fans. We are currently seeking an analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our organization in the role of Project Excel Coordinator. The Project Excel Coordinator supports ACA’s mission of increasing Canda’s podium performances by advancing initiatives focused on the development of Canada’s NextGen talent pool. Working closely with the Senior Vice-President, Domestic Sport the Coordinator will lead the logistics, communication and coordination of strategic Project Excel programs and initiatives. The Coordinator will also support ACA’s performance analytics efforts helping to transform data into insights that inform decision making and contribute to athlete and program success. Duties:  Lead logistics, coordination and communications for all Project Excel Projects  Lead building and maintaining data analytic performance models for Project Excel and CAST  Data entry  Timely and accurate submission of expenses Working Conditions  Ideally located in Calgary but virtual work conditions will be considered depending on candidates alignment with role needs  Primarily an administrative role Employment Requirements  Ability to effectively manage projects, timelines, and administrative processes while balancing multiple competing priorities  Advanced proficiency in data management, analysis and reporting with ability to interpret the information  Demonstrated ability to learn new skills quickly  Contribute positively to team objectives while taking ownership of assigned projects  Background in and knowledge of ski racing  Fluent in the English language and the ability to communicate in French is an asset Additionally, the candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with experience driving results in complex workplace and stakeholder environments.
