Overview Enoch Cree Nation is seeking a compassionate, grounded and strategically minded Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, long-term vision, and cultural integrity of our Maskekosihk Recovery Community. This role blends operational leadership with program development, ensuring that our land-based healing approach, First Nations worldview, and trauma-informed practices are woven into every aspect of service delivery. The Operations Manager support the Executive Director in shopping program direction, strengthening operations systems, and nurture a humble leadership culture that reduces power imbalances and empowers participants, staff, and community partners. This position is central to maintaining a safe, accountable, and healing environment where individuals can rebuild their lives and reintegrate into society with dignity and support. Requirements · Bachelor’s Degree in a Health-Related Discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience. · 5+ years progressive leadership experience in addiction recovery, social services, community health, or related fields, demonstrating a profound understanding of addiction recovery and re-entry programs. · Strong understanding of therapeutic community models, trauma-informed care, and culturally grounded recovery approaches. · Experience supervising frontline and administrative teams, with demonstrated skill in mentorship, coaching, and performance management. · Proven ability to manage multifaceted programs, operational systems, and community based initiatives. Certification and Training · First Aid & CPR · Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (preferred yet will train) · Valid Alberta Driver’s Licence · Training in Naloxone Administration/ Seizure Protocol (or willingness to obtain) · Successfully complete and pass a Vulnerable Persons Criminal Record Check prior to initiating employment and annually thereafter Pay: From $85,000.00 per year Benefits: * Casual dress * Dental care * Extended health care * Paid time off * Vision care Work Location: In person
