Duties * Greet and assist overnight guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless experience * Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications with professionalism and courtesy * Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety inspections of the premises to uphold security standards * Prepare detailed shift reports, including financial transactions, guest logs, and incident documentation * Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns, demonstrating excellent customer service and phone etiquette * Balance daily financial transactions accurately and reconcile accounts to ensure data integrity * Support front desk operations by handling guest inquiries in multiple languages, fostering an inclusive environment Experience * Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred, especially in front desk or night audit roles * Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence * OPERA PMS * Experience operating multi-line phone systems and managing guest services at the front desk * Knowledge of hotel security procedures and basic accounting or financial reconciliation skills * Excellent communication skills with an energetic approach to problem-solving and guest engagement This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to thrive in a vibrant hospitality environment.
