Mechanical Project Coordinator Location: Edmonton, Alberta Company: Strathcona Mechanical Limited Job Type: Full-time / Part-Time / Hourly Experience: 1+ years of experience in a relevant field Salary: Salary or hourly Based on experience Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mechanical Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful execution of our mechanical projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, Assisting Project Managers, tracking various aspects of commercial construction projects. Responsibilities: * Assist project managers in developing and maintaining project documentation, schedules, and field workers hours * Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, subcontractors) to ensure smooth project execution * Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, correspondence, and reports. * Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
