Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources initiatives and foster a positive, productive workplace environment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, program management, and process improvement. Your expertise will help shape our HR strategies, streamline operations and ensure compliance with employment laws. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving organizational growth and enhancing employee engagement across all levels. Responsibilities * Lead talent acquisition efforts by developing sourcing strategies, managing ATS platforms such as UltiPro, ADP, Ceridian, and HRIS systems to attract top talent through effective recruiting and HR sourcing techniques. * Oversee employee relations initiatives to foster a positive work environment, resolve conflicts, and promote open communication channels. * Manage HR programs related to training & development, performance management, and succession planning to support employee growth and organizational success. * Implement and continuously improve HR processes related to payroll administration using systems like Kronos, Workday, or Dayforce to ensure accurate compensation delivery. * Conduct data collection and analysis for HR metrics such as turnover rates, engagement scores, and compliance reports to inform strategic decision-making. * Supervise team members in daily operations while providing guidance on change management initiatives and process improvements. * Negotiate employment terms with candidates and vendors while ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and organizational policies. * Maintain compliance with employment laws by staying current on regulations affecting human resources practices across different regions. Experience * Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, program management, and process improvement. * Demonstrated supervisory experience leading HR teams or projects effectively. * Extensive knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, ADP, Ceridian, Kronos or similar systems. * Familiarity with payroll systems including ADP or Kronos for accurate compensation processing. * Strong data analysis skills with the ability to collect insights from HR metrics for strategic planning. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. * Experience in negotiating employment terms and managing vendor relationships is highly desirable.
