Duties * Coordinating recruitment and staffing activities, including preparing job postings, screening candidates, conducting interview, on-boarding new employees and facilitating orientation programs. * Advising management and employees on Human Resources policies, employment standards, workplace regulations, compensation, and benefits programs. * Planning, implementing, and maintaining Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational workforce requirements. * Supporting compliance with applicable Alberta employment standards, workplace legislation, occupational health and safety requirements and organizational HR policies. * Maintaining accurate employment documentation and record, monitoring compliance requirements. * Assisting in employee relations matters by providing guidance on workplace issues, grievances, and conflict resolution. * Coordinate employee performance management processes, training initiative, and professional development programs. * Maintaining and administering employee records, Human Resources Information System, and confidential personnel documentation. * Coordinate payroll related administration by verifying employee hours, attendance records, wage information, vacation request, and employment status updates. * Researching and recommending improvements to Human Resources practices, employee benefits programs, and workforce development initiative. * Ensuring compliance with applicable employment legislation, workplace health and safety requirements, and company policies. * Prepare HR reports related to staffing, turnover, compliance, and workforce planning. Experience: * Minimum 18 months of relevant Human Resources experience. * Experience with recruitment, job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and on-boarding. * Experience maintaining employee records and confidential HR information. * Knowledge of workplace policies, employment standards, health and safety, and HR procedures. * Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to handle employee concerns professionally and maintain confidentiality. Pay: From $21.00 per hour Work Location: In person
