Entry Level Client Representative

Golden Management is looking for a Client Representative to join our Edmonton team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, communicating face-to-face, and being the point of contact between customers and the brands we represent. As a Client Representative, you will work in person at various locations and events throughout Edmonton, speaking with customers, answering questions, providing information, and helping them understand the products and services available to them. The focus is on building strong customer interactions while representing our client partners in a professional and positive manner. No previous industry experience is required. We provide hands-on training to help you learn the role and develop your communication and customer service skills. What You’ll Be Doing * Represent client brands at events, promotional locations, and other in-person settings * Welcome customers and create a friendly, professional first impression * Speak with customers to learn about their needs and interests * Provide clear information about available products, services, and promotions * Respond to customer questions and help resolve basic concerns * Guide customers through available options and assist with the sales process when appropriate * Keep customer information and daily activity organized and accurate * Work toward individual and team objectives * Take part in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training * Maintain a professional image when representing Golden Management and its clients What We’re Looking For We're looking for someone who is: * Confident and comfortable speaking with people face-to-face * Friendly, approachable, and professional * A strong communicator who listens as well as they speak * Reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Motivated by personal and team goals * Open to feedback and willing to learn * Comfortable working at different locations throughout Edmonton Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, or another customer-facing environment is helpful, but not required.
