Competitive Compensation \& Benefits We offer: * Competitive hourly wage * Health \& wellness benefits * Uniform allowance What You'll Do * Welcome patients and create an outstanding first impression * Answer phones and respond to emails professionally * Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently * Verify insurance and process claims * Present treatment estimates and discuss financial options * Coordinate Invisalign consultations and follow-up appointments * Manage patient recalls and help maintain a productive schedule * Assist with administrative projects and daily office operations * Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience Who We're Looking For * Previous dental administration experience is preferred * Experience with ClearDent is considered an asset * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Positive attitude with a team-first mindset * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment * Passionate about helping patients and delivering exceptional service Join Smile Studio and become part of a team that's creating confident smiles every day.
