Cashier/ Guest Service Attendant

Responsibilities * Greet guests warmly, assist with questions, and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit * Operate POS system and Lottery Terminal and take payments, including cash handling and credit card transactions * Manage cashier duties efficiently, ensuring store is cleaned, washrooms are cleaned and the store is stocked and ready for business * Ensure outside of the store, garbages, windshield washer fluid and pump island are clean Qualifications * Prior retail background is highly preferred * Familiarity with POS system is a plus * Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities * Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly under pressure * Knowledge of safety, customer service, lottery is beneficial * Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
